Installation & Maintenance

All our technicians are trained in electricity in low, medium, high and very high voltage and are duly certified to carry out the following procedures:

  • Switchgear & Transformer Installation & Testing
  • Installation of Cable Containment: HV/LV, Cable Ladders Trays & Trunking, Earthing Systems
  • Panel Wiring: Relay Panels, Remote Terminal Unit (RTUs) and LVAC boards

Cable & Electical Services

gearbox

We have teams specialized in tasks related to gearboxes, they are not just qualified people, our team is made up of technicians with specific training in gearbox maintenance and duly certified to use the correct tools to carry out the necessary procedures safely, and thus minimizing the turbine downtime.

Supervision

At Izul Wind, senior supervisors must have at least 15,000 hours of effective service (dutty time) and have participated in more than one project on at least two different continents.

Quality Inspectors

Ensuring that the works were carried out as indicated by the client, and that all mandatory documentation was duly completed, is a point of honor for Izul Wind.

Our inspectors have the “lynx eyes” so as not to miss any details, whether in the installation process or in the documentation.

Site assistant

As we all know, assembling a wind turbine is not just about erection, grid connections and finishing, among other obvious tasks. There is a lot of paper work to be done that includes not only, but also:

This way we provide specialized people in paper work in order to free technicians for the tasks in which they are most needed and productive.

Blade Repair & Inspection

Our customers count on us as they know that in all the projects we participate in, all the tasks in which our technicians are involved are completed before the stipulated time as well as with a higher quality than expected, thus minimizing the turbine downtime.

All products used in the repair are certified by the manufacturers, and carried out in accordance with the instructions received by the customer, thus guaranteeing a quality of work identical to that of the factory.

At Izul Wind we take safety at work and the preservation of the environment very seriously, so our technicians carry out a very rigorous safety and environmental risk assessment before and during any project in which we are involved in order to comply with our regulations and with the law of the country where the project takes place in order to provide a safer place to work.
