Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Izul Wind Services , its affiliates, and their respective, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, from and against any and all loss, liability (including, without limitation, settlements and judgments) and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses and court costs) arising out of any breach by you of this Legal Notice, and all any costs and expenses incurred in the enforcement of this provision.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The Site, Services and Content are deemed to be provided in Scotland. You agree that all matters relating to your access or use of the Site, Services and Content shall be governed by the laws of Scotland applicable therein, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. You agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts with respect to such matters. The social component of ESG refers to how our organization's operations affect our people, our customers, and the communities where we live and work. Our social policies and practices seek to build a healthy corporate culture and positive relationships with our stakeholders.
The governance component of ESG refers to how we operate, govern, and manage risk in a way that promotes the sustainability and longevity of the organization. Our governance policies and practices outline how we make decisions, set business strategies and goals, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and communicate our progress.

This Sustainability Policy outlines our company-wide activities and commitments for each ESG focus area. We see sustainability leadership as a business opportunity, a risk mitigator, and an essential aspect of our core values.

Governance

Sustainability starts with our Top Management and Management. They are the ones who set the tone for responsible business practices and our commitment to ESG.

Responsibility for the implementation and management of our ESG framework and strategy has been delegated to an Environmental, Social and Governance Committee (the "ESG Committee"), a management committee comprised of a cross-functional Top Management team that operationalizes the Company's ESG policies and strategy. The ESG Committee is comprised of leaders from corporate strategy and investor relations, corporate affairs, credit, marketing, human resources, finance, risk management, and compliance. The ESG Committee aligns the ESG priorities and initiatives for the year for Corporate Governance approval, sets long-term objectives and goals, and leads the annual reporting process on ESG-related topics. The purpose of the ESG Committee is to guide the advancement of Izul Wind Services' ESG disclosure along the disclosure spectrum, starting with qualitative disclosures, followed by the establishment of metrics and targets to support qualitative disclosures. The ESG Committee is also responsible for prioritizing initiatives, building internal capacities, and driving/monitoring implementation. The ESG Committee meets quarterly and reports to the Manager.

Training

Izul Wind Services offers in-person, online, and virtual trainings, development activities, and workshops on a variety of topics pertinent to our employee base. At the time of onboarding and every year thereafter, all employees must recognize the Code of Ethical Conduct. Each employee also undergoes annual cybersecurity training. Izul Wind Services also offers online training on diversity and unconscious bias. In addition, our hiring managers receive training on sexual harassment, the recruitment process, and best practices to promote fair competition. The ESG Committee is required to maintain knowledge about the external ESG factors and regulations that influence Izul Wind Services.

Ongoing commitment

We strive to promote the principles outlined in this Sustainability Policy and continue to mitigate and manage relevant ESG risks, including implementing monitoring and due diligence protocols to ensure progress and adherence to our values. Izul Wind Services is committed to annually publishing an ESG Report that aligns with key standards and frameworks, including the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

We are committed to updating the Sustainability Policy periodically, but in no case less than every two (2) years, to reflect Izul Wind Services' current commitments and relevant practices. The Sustainability Policy has been revised, approved by our management team and Management.
