In each and every area in which this company's activity is carried out, from selection to promotion, including salary policy, training, working and employment conditions, occupational health, organization of working time and conciliation , we assume the principle of equal opportunities between women and men, paying special attention to indirect discrimination, understanding it as “The situation in which an apparently neutral provision, criterion or practice places a person of a certain sex”.
In terms of communication, both internal and external, we will inform all decisions made in this regard and an image of the organization will be projected in accordance with this principle of equal opportunities between women and men.
The established principles will be put into practice through the execution of an Equality Plan that represents improvements in relation to the current situation, with the corresponding monitoring systems, to advance its implementation of real equality between women and men in the company and, by extension, in society as a whole.
To fulfill this purpose, there will be legal representation of workers, not only in the process of collective negotiation, as established by Organic Law 3/2007 for effective equality between women and men, but throughout the entire process of developing and evaluating the plan for Equality.
